Privacy Policy

• Account data — your email address and an encrypted password credential, plus your profile record and subscription status.
• Usage data — the questions you submit, the field reports generated for you, and a daily count of reads used.
• Billing data — a Stripe customer and subscription reference. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Technical data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

To create and authenticate your account, generate and save your field reports, enforce daily read limits, process your Pro subscription, and keep the service secure and working. We do not use your questions for advertising.

Stripe processes payments and stores your payment details as an independent payment processor.

Lovable (including its Supabase-based cloud backend) hosts the application, database and authentication on our behalf as a data processor.

An AI model provider processes the text of your question to generate a report. Only the question text is sent — not your email or account identifiers.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the processors above, or where required by law.

Account and report data is kept while your account is open. Billing records may be retained longer where required for tax and accounting purposes.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing jasenytham@gmail.com from your account email. We aim to respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile and saved field reports; cancel your subscription first to stop billing.

Herdometer complies with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We collect personal data with your consent and for the reasonable purposes described above, make reasonable security arrangements to protect it, and honour access, correction and withdrawal-of-consent requests. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide the service to you.
