Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Herdometer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.

You need an email account to use the terminal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Free — 3 reads per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC.

Pro — US$9 per month for unlimited reads, subject to fair use and the abuse limits in section 5.

We may adjust plan features or pricing with notice. Changes take effect at your next billing period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Pro is a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled, charged to your payment method on each billing date.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period, after which your account returns to the Free plan.

Because the service is delivered immediately and consumed on use, payments are generally non-refundable and we do not pro-rate partial months. If you were charged in error or the service was unavailable for an extended period, email jasenytham@gmail.com within 14 days and we will review your case in good faith.

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute or present Herdometer output as licensed financial advice;
• scrape, automate or bulk-query the service, or share an account with others;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication or billing;
• use the service to harass, defraud, manipulate markets, or break any law;
• reverse engineer, probe or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

You acknowledge and agree, as a binding condition of using Herdometer, that all content is speculative, AI-generated behavioral commentary for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not financial, investment, trading or professional advice. Herdometer and its operator are not licensed financial advisors and give no buy, sell or hold recommendations. You make your own decisions, are solely responsible for the outcomes, and will do your own research and consult a licensed professional where appropriate.

The Herdometer name, branding, interface and software remain ours. You keep the questions you submit and may use the reports generated for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that any output is correct, complete or profitable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Herdometer and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or US$9, whichever is greater.

You may stop using Herdometer and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
